Krause Performance Updated Business Policy

Effective July 15th, 2024

I understand that committing to a Personal Trainer is not just about reps and sets, it is about building a unique relationship with one another and understanding each other’s strengths and weaknesses, mental obstacles and fears, congratulating each other’s wins and being there for each other during times of struggle.

The Personal Trainer: Client relationship is a sacred one. I take my profession very seriously because I am in the business of changing the fundamental structure of an individual’s mindset and approach when it comes to living a healthy life full of positive relationships, healthy and nutritious eating, and exercising with great intention and living a pain free life.

I refuse to train a client who has close-minded goals of only achieving a specific goal only for one time in their life, and after that goal is achieved, they are content. I do not accept mediocrity and setting low standards for myself and for my clients. When we discuss goal setting, we set the purpose, the intention, and a no sugar-coated approach on how to achieve them.

Investing in your health and your future is one of the most important, fulfilling, and life-altering choices you can make in your life. You have one go at this game called Life, and I want to be with you on your journey so you can experience what life has to offer; vacations and trips with loved ones, gardening and hiking with friends, building upon your professional career, and most importantly making an impact on those around you to challenge them to become better.

Krause Performance is building upon the Trainer: Client relationship by instituting two fundamental approaches:

  1. One free wellness consultation that is detailed and deliberate to you. We discuss your exercise history, medical limitations and expectations, obstacles and struggles, goal setting and a 40,000ft view on how to achieve them. This has been a staple at KP, but we are now diving deeper into your “why”.
  2. One free Personal Trainer Session. I know committing to a Personal Trainer can be a daunting task and you might feel uneasy with the decision, let me help guide your decision with less stress and nothing to lose, but all to gain! This session will be approximately 30 minutes and will be appropriate to your exercise and training history, limitations, and pre-requisites of stability, mobility, and strength.

Krause Performance is committed to growing a community of like-minded people who want nothing more than to build their bodies stronger and more capable of withstanding life and to become better in tune with their full untapped potential.
